  4. mensalt62manus Says:

lol. no doubt. ichat is so impersonal, i intended to highlight special interests in media which seems to be coming at us from consciousness to REM. I have to put myself into self-imposed electronic isolation to get any studying done. Once i turn the baffle from hot to cold online, i can’t stop myself. cheers.

  5. masterkayaki Says:

  7. mensalt62manus Says:

i of course did not read the bill like the rest of congress but i’m sure some dillweed attached some douche bag pork no one else wanted to pay for. and therefor it was voted against so tyt can make a big deal out of the rape bill so the repubs look bad. that is what air America pays tyt to do. good job tyt. i especially like the ‘work for lobbyist’ remark at the end. special interests. ironic.

  8. TerryEFV2 Says:

    Always follow the money.
    Cut them where it hurts!
    “Just rape.”?
It’s not like we can’t hear/see you on this new fangled internet thing.
Kill this bill at your own political peril, ’cause lobbyists don’t fund/blow those who have no chance of election.
Because the same lobbyists who seem so interested in you personally will drop you like a viagra chomping dust-bunny when they see you have no chance of election/influence in the future.
Buck-up boys, or loose your ride!

Read Franken amendment #2588 of the 2010 Defense Appropriation Bill.

  10. harleykman Says:

    I don’t understand.

    Isn’t rape ALREADY illegal?

So why the need for an amendment? There’s no sense having duplicate laws.

  11. dogvom Says:

Apparently it was Sen. Inouye’s head that was amputated.

  12. RedNProud Says:

Reminds me of the Greek fable of Hercules cleaning out the Agean stables by diverting a river through them. Sounds like thats what it would take.

  13. TheDuckofLaw Says:

Buying politicians doesn’t even look that hard.

  14. DrakeMagnum Says:

  15. DrakeMagnum Says:

    real classy of you OBONGA.

  16. abdighazi Says:

The show, The Young Turks, radio tv show, is led by Cenk Ugyur and Ben Mankiewicz with co host Ana Kasparian, all jews pretending otherwise. Historically, the Young Turks were atheist Jews instrumental in the genocide of Armenian Christians which Cenk denies ever happened. Cenqs favorite author is Salman Rushdie, and he is proudly sponsored by Huff. Post, a front for the Kissinger Rubin CFR. . Hopefully, Cenq wont do for America what the Young Turks did for Turkey and its Christian minority

When did Jefferson oppose the Senate? Maybe when the Virginia Plan came up, but he did write the constitution with the Connecticut compromise, which he supported, which clearly established a long-term, non-population based body of legislators (Senate), and a short-term, population based body of legislators (House of Representatives). His political ideal of Jeffersonian Gov’t, is based on a limited executive, not legislative, branch. What a demagogic thing to say.

  18. piewackett1 Says:

Thomas Jefferson opposed any Senate. It should be abolished. They are all for sale to the highest bidder. Along with corporate “person-hood” and corporate controlled media we no longer have a representative democracy. This patriarchy is a racist, sexist, homophobic disgusting mess! I hope all that voted against this amendment and worked to remove it gets gang raped themselves. If wishes came true…

  19. phantastickyle Says:

I remember Democrats put through a couple of Rapist protection bills in Illinois and DC after the heller case.

  20. kabloozie Says:

Kinda bothers you that you weren’t there and missed out on your one and only chance to get lucky.

  21. justsayNO1912 Says:

Say NO to the swine flu shot(s)! Please type “swine flu hoax” and “swine flu vaccine ingredients” or “H1N1 vaccine ingredients” in Google and YouTube. Please read and view as much as possible. Please share the truth with all your friends and loved ones. God bless!

  22. treskall1 Says:

I never knew there was not any laws protecting women in defense contracting against rapes and sexual assaults before this bill was proposed.

  23. ViLLiSTa Says:

Actually brother, don’t get fooled by neither, they both have the same agenda, come on, lets see..

When republicans had the house, they took us to war, now dems have the house and them pussy ass bitches can’t take control.. All a bunch of bullshit to creat diversions, all to rape us with the federal reserve.. people follow the money and it will lead you to the monsters cave..

Both parties are in it to fuck all of you, there shouldn’t be any doubt in peoples minds, NONE WHATS SO EVER!

  24. ZejithThemis Says:

    wtf are you talking about?

no-one but the contractors and their cronies opposes the bill.

no-one wants a work contract with a “o yah and u can git raepd” clause.

  25. Quelthias Says:

If defense contractors dont like the bill, answer is simple: DONT BREAK THE LAW ANYWHERE!
I never thought that corporations would have so much power that they will be able to convince senators to defend rapists.
