For example, Bill throws the paper airplane across the classroom without the teacher noticing. The teacher turns around and finds Jim holding the paper airplane, ready to throw it. Jim gets detention instead of Bill.

I was just curious. Is there a law that states that?

Democrat Steve Shannon gets caught not knowing what the Virginia Attorney General’s Office actually does, and not only does he consistently evade the question, his staffers harass and try to assault anyone who documents his reactions to questions from reporters who ask him about his evasive non-answers.
